Adopting lean layout principles, the factory layout undergoes advanced planning, with mobile equipment arranged dynamically. The technology center features an innovative architectural design, supported by a tiered technical capability matrix and a digital verification闭环 (closed-loop) system. Production equipment is intelligently evolving, while quality management implements penetrating control mechanisms—ensuring full-process quality traceability and enabling the comprehensive deployment of a robust quality inspection system.
Manufacturing capability
Currently, there are a total of 48 injection molding machines (with plans to expand to 71 units), 16 electric motors, and 32 hydraulic presses. The main brands include Sumitomo, Toshiba, Tianhai, and others.
R&D Center
Following the quality manual, 36 operational procedures and over 100 job instruction documents have been developed to ensure the effective operation of the testing center, guaranteeing that tests are conducted with "impartiality, scientific rigor, accuracy, and efficiency."
